Open World Loot (last playthrough) - minimum levels are still too low. MorrowLoot Ultimate (long ago) - static placements mean I know what to expect and where to get the gear I want, diminishing replayability. Without further ado, overhauls I've played with and why I'm not satisfied with them (not criticism):

I've been trying them out over the years and still haven't found one that would be just right, so I'm hoping someone would heartily recommend a great overhaul I've never heard of (just loot, not complete overhauls like Requiem) or share some pointers on adjusting the existing ones.
